Root canal treatment is a dental procedure where the nerve and blood supply of a tooth is removed and the nerve root canal is cleaned and sealed to prevent infection.

Permanent tooth restoration is the ultimate goal of every root canal treatment. The success of any endodontic procedure depends on the ability to cleanse the root canal system of the tooth completely and to hermetically seal the root canal filling.

Root canal treatment, also known as endodontic therapy or simply root canal, is a procedure done by dentists to treat the soft tissue inside a tooth. The procedure is done in two steps. The first step is to clean the infected root canal system, and the second is to seal the canal.

After root canal treatment, the tooth is no longer alive and is fragile. Therefore, it is important to protect the tooth by placing a crown over it. Without the crown, the tooth is at a greater risk of breaking and will eventually have to be removed.

A dental crown is a cap that is placed over a tooth to protect it from breaking. The crown is made from different materials, such as porcelain, ceramic, metal, etc.
